I think I may realize what the problem you both are having is. We don't go off of what the site says, we have a plugin on the server, so if you aren't logged in when voting it doesn't count it until you do (I think). @dalton1212 I have also merged your posts, please don't create multiple responses next time.
Yes it is how it should be lol, the vote site is not that reliable, we also now have two vote sites so we can't exactly tally up both without error.
