i have recently come back to mine verse after not playing since august and i have noticed that there has been less staff on and there have been a lot more hackers i know there are some active staff but there are a bunch who are not
Okay, So you are only back from August meaning you haven't seen all the changes, you are not going to see the whole staff team in one day... The staff team can't be on 24/7 they have life's too also some staff probably have work to go to meaning they can't always on, but I'm pretty sure there is a lot of staff members that try there complete best to get on. You are also complaining about the hackers when you don't try anything to stop them, I checked your reports and you have none, meaning that you don't even try to get them banned. I suggest making more reports as it helps the staff team out a lot, but it also helps us players in game, this also leads to my second point, it will save a lot of the staffs time, as they don't have to go out looking for hackers if they are reported, they can simply check reports and just do a simple command.
He isn't asking that the staff be on 24/7, he is asking that they be remotely active, which most are not. There are times during the day when no moderators log on for hours and during these times hackers are rampant on certain game-modes. Making reports is actually useless because none of the staff are online to handle it. Let's not forget where we are standing. He shouldn't have to download a recording software because of hackers on Mineverse. Remember Mineverse is the one trying to retain and gain players, this fellow can simply log onto a different server and have fun. The bottom line is the staff team is both understaffed and not active enough, it's basically 20℅ of the staff team doing 80% of the work whilst the others slack. I understand there are irl things that get in the way but if half your staff team has irl things on and can't be active then you need more staff members. The ratings on his feedback are a disgrace. He came on here to post this because he cares about the server and wants to make it a better place. He has not disrespected the staff, he is merely stating that truth and acknowledged that there are indeed some active staff. He is not wrong.
before the most staff got accepted, they were active like mad, but ever since people expect them to ban hackers, they don't get online anymore.
the swimming pool was the pinnacle of all updates on mineverse4 also i'm sorry but why are you guys criticising him when he's right? there is a lack of staff and a lack of active staff, unfortunately.
