Hey guys, im here to give you some wonderful and interesting facts about LA. Some of you may have visited LA, others haven't. I'd highly suggest you visit it because its one of the most diverse cities in the world :).

    Lets get started!
Besides Los Angeles being the city of Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world, and the worst traffic in the country, there's also some cool things about it like:
    • If you know dodger stadium, then you might be surprised that under it is a large oil field that used to supply about a quarter of the world's oil!
    • LA is the Police Pursuit Capital of the World with the most police chases than ever--Including high speed police chases and people stealing police cruisers. They are considered popular to watch live on tv and are somewhat part of the culture.
    • A Beverly Hills High school owns an oil platform and generates a third of a million dollars for the school itself!
    • If LA was a country, its economy would be bigger than Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and Sweden.
    • Most Hollywood stars get buried at Hollywood Forever cemetery.
    • Licking a toad is illegal in LA
    • The LA corner's office (a.k.a. a building dedicated to sending death certificates from people who died in mass shootings, crimes, etc.) has a gift shop that sells crime scene towels for 35 bucks.
    • It takes an hour to 2 hours to leave LA
    • Kobe Bryant flys his helicopter to Staples Center via Hilton Marriott hotel (it has a helipad look it up)
    • LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) is actually a landmark, believe it or not, because numerous films, both international and in the US, use that scene a lot and it gets a lot of attention.
    • Metrolink, LA's commuter train, gives you free transfers with the price of your ticket. So you could travel from Anaheim to LA, transfer to the subway (Red and Purple Line) and ride all the way to Hollywood Blvd. and come back for $17.50!
    • Students who attend the LAUSD have a 75% chance of graduating with a diploma. About 5% of them dont graduate and instead drop out and join gangs :/
    • A one bedroom apartment in LA costs about 7k per month, excluding taxes and amenities
    • Most people (about 60%) drive a late 90s to early 2000s car

LA seems like a fun place, and I heard that at LAX, depending on wind conditions the planes fly directly over the carpark!

Well all major cities are disgusting in some ways:p. Take San Francisco for example, in some places theres a load of trash and theres a lot of old homes. Another would be New York city, almost in every corner you'll find rats. Now of course rats are a growing problem in cities, but in Nyc, its a rats paradise

No s___ lol xD. Every major city is in that category, its a norm nowadays. Its soo common that people just absorb it and dont care about it, unless if they have to face it.
