Hey all, I'd like to take the time to reach out to the community (especially those "ancient members") and ask all of you to share your collective Mineverse memories you've created in the past. I'll start; Back in 2014, when I first joined, I decided to blow all of my hard-earned allowance on an Elite rank. I was grounded from electronics, and decided to take a break from gaming altogether. That very day, I drew on my wall in my room with a sharpie. I drew a simple, yet impactful message. It read: "I'll cya in 4 years". I was 12 at the time... 4 years later: I'm back! :p Alright, there's my memory, let's hear yours! Let's get a big chain of memories going! Cheers, William
When I first joined in 2013 there was this annoying guy that used to be on infection and his name was BM2013 lol. He was on every day and he annoyed everyone. It's not such a good memory but atleast it's something.
I joined pretty late, mid 2016, but the people i met while playing factions and infection were well worth it
The first day I joined mineverse, sometime mid-2013, I stayed up till 7:00am with a friend trying to get the Commander rank in KitPvP. We succeeded :D
Thank you to everyone that's replied! We, as a community, would like to try to help revive/restore mineverse's playerbase to what it once was. I miss those days with 500+ active players, it was really quite a fun time.
Hey, I joined in mid 2013 In-Game it was amazing. I used to stay up all night playing, got in trouble a few times xD.
i joined back when it was like fun and i also remember just playing creative w my irl friends and just doing random stuff i also remember how i was one of those people who role played then i quit creative and transitioned to infection which was so god damn fun up until the reset which killed it for me that's kinda when i went back and forth with all of the gamemodes and eventually i got sick and tired of the server and left altogether to play other servers then after a long while i left minecraft in general to dedicate more time to Overwatch and Overwatch only.
Geeee this is the 10000th thread that has been made of this. If you want to do crap like this make it something that will be fun and something that does not bore people to death. If you want mineverse memories go on youtube and type in mineverse kitpvp videos and set the filter to 2 years ago
I haven't been here for the longest time but in that time I have managed to meet great friends and overall amazing people on Mineverse. Miss the old Skyblock and Infection community, I especially miss talking too @PerfectAly and @Kaelinlord a lot.
I actually started out on Minetime when there were like 1k-1.5k players (if I remember correctly, but it was normally 1k+). I wanted a server with parkour which is when I joined mineverse, not knowing the connection between them. So I played parkour and showed @AllOutHacks the server or something and we started playing GTA and that’s what I moved onto. Met a lot of cool people and a lot of jerks, but it was worth it.
I joined in early spring 2013, but I wasn't very active until around October 2013. One of my best memories on this server was in summer 2014 playing Survival with @Benko slaughtering everyone at that pvp arena built by Imperial Mint. Another was on Christmas day 2014(might have been 2015), on OP Factions, there were a few big factions that had been at war for a few months but on Christmas we decided to call a truce and spent part of the day just chilling out and chatting while killing the new kids that bought ranks at Christmas. The funniest moment was when @Benko got banned one time, there were at least 50 people who were online at the time and we all started spamming "#UnbanB3n" for about 2 hours with the mods refusing to mute or ban us because there were just too many of us doing it. There was another time like this on OP Factions, everyone kept complaining because we could go 2 weeks without a single mod logging on, one day almost the entire staff team got online to make a joke about them not being active. This resulted in some of the people getting muted and banned for staff disrespect or false banned for piles spam of /ban [player] Mute Evasion of people who weren't muted. Most of my memorable moments on here come from OP Factions where me, Stranded and KillTMan's fac fighting for hours upon hours fighting inside the hole outside of spawn. I didn't usually lose in those fights since I decided to truce one of them during the fights making them technically 2v1's after a while just to end it.
