Moved to help. There isn't really a way to check how many votes you've voted during the month, unless you make it in the top 10 list. Here is the list: http://minecraftservers.org/vote/19812 If you want to check if you have the max amount of votes you can have during the month, vote tonight at 7pm EST and check if you make it in the top 10 list above. If you do, then you can see how many votes you have.
Same as what @Ordi said but if your in the GMT timezone like myself then vote at 00:00 AM (12 am) to enter the Top 10 list.
That's only if you have voted everyday and have the maxed number of votes as, usually, everyone else on the top 10. If you haven't voted everyday, there is no way to check. You can start keeping track of each day you vote, that way you have a record of how many votes you have.
