I don't see anything wrong with this. It's normal to have 4 bars on a server. Hell I've had 4 bars on here for years now.

 

Mineverse host are in the US, I believe in the East Coast. I may be wrong. When I log usually get 5 bars because I am Eastbound Coast (EST). The only way I can see to fix it, is to get another host near you.

 

Mabey you should move so you can play minecraft better or get a vpn on the east coast

 

The connection is normally fine for me and i don't even live close to the U.S it's probs your internet.

 

It isn't my internet. Just everyone who lives in the eu and more

 

I don't really think there's much you can do honestly. Does the server lag for you?

 

i live on the west coast and mv has never really lagged for me
