Just curious is it possible to apply for a forum mod? Happened on sb, so just wondering if its possible
An ex-head-staff member was promoted to forum Moderator after he resigned; however, a day or so after the rank was removed fearing a surge in "Forum Moderator Applications" I guess, and rightly so. A forum moderator is not needed and could possibly lead to in-game staff members wanting to resign from their position in-game to solely moderate the forum. Having this rank means retaining the popularity that comes along with being an in-game moderator (which is so much harder) without actually having to play in-game. Also, as I have said already, it is not a needed position. Having a forum moderator is pointless, moderating the forum is not difficult.
It's not possible to apply for Forum Mod as it's not an actual role. Mineverse Moderators have Forums perms, so it'd be quite useless to have a Forum Moderator.

No support, add more colour and more detail in the "why you should be a moderator" bit, this lacks as lot of info, why did you join mineverse? why do u stand out above the other applicants? I've also never seen you on in game and u've only just recently joined forums i will reconsider this decision in a weeks time but for now i wish you the best of luck archerexpert777
For some reason it used to not be a thing on sb but they changed it and now it is but it changed again. I guess Forum mod isn't useful anymore as regular mod :/
It isn't necessary at all because we have Moderators that can handle the forums perfectly fine and nothing that serious happens on the forums that much. What we need is new moderators for in-game to help sort out our timezone issue.
Ik i was just trying to make life easier but now i see it is better to have it as both. Plus we need more on minecraft. I want to be staff but i can't get Skype and Discord
isn't a thing and won't be a thing. if it were, all the current mods would just try to become one so they didn't have to get in game. it isn't even necessary either, since what is really needed is in-game moderation. the forums are fine and don't need to be overly-moderated, especially when the forums are just becoming less and less active. we don't need mods to delete and punish more people unnecessarily for small things. it would be ridiculous to do so since forum activity in general should be encouraged lately.
