At first I thought it was the Uber drivers fault, but I replayed a couple times and realized that it was the lady's fault. She was the one making it difficult and didn't need the Uber in the first place. Like she was in front of the Administration and should just walk to the Emergency Room, considering she didn't sound like she needed to go to the ER
