Did you start the MC Launcher from Squid? Should work.

Lol I just tried joining Mineverse, and I cannot. It says, "java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable". Now I gotta try what I recommended.

The server might actually be down right now.

I just downloaded SquidHQ and I was able to log on.
