Since you are applying for the STAFF position usually staff are mentors for the players by threatening him will not help your case. Full no support. cocky, rude, and if you ban them for being rude thats abusing your powers? no way.... and supports dont have anything to do with a higher chance of being promoted...its all in the mods hands (mostly)
