Creative Basics Add back pressure plates

Okay so, this has been making me mad lately, so for some reason, people who arn't added can't use pressure plates, tripwires ect. I say we add back the ability for like wood, gold, iron, and tripwires to be activated by people who aren't added, as they can be avoided anyway by dropping an item onto them.

Or make it so like it's a plot flag where you can chose if people can activate buttons ect.
