Inactive WhyAreYouRunning's Mod App

Before I start I would like to make this clear to you all. This is a semi-copy from my last application that I put out several months ago that then died. Also the reason I have lack of messages, (87 for instance) it is due to the fact that I stopped playing minecraft for a while (3 months) and had moved on to other games and sporting in my life. Now that I have come back to minecraft I would like to re-apply for mod because I truly do enjoy this server and it's a shame that the server is dying, hopefully a big youtuber revives it haha. But yeah please read my app carefully and make sure to give me good feedback and what I can improve on.

Yes, it's not the best recorder but it gets the job done screencast-o-matic and then for screenshots I use snipping tool.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

What I think a moderators qualities should be
I think I should become mod for many reasons. I think becoming a mod in my own opinion means that you are responsible for what you are doing and how you do it. You also must be mature because if you aren't mature you will be rude, disrespectful to players etc. More reasons on why you need to be mature is so you can take what people say to you seriously because if someone is being bullied and you don't care about what is happening that could lead into something serious. A moderator needs to be willing to respond to those that need help. Also a mod should be mature enough not to abuse commands.

Why I think I should become a mod
Also I think I should become mod because I am friendly and helpful to the community, I have good leadership qualities and I am pretty well-known on the server. My friends have said that I would be a great mod, I even got one of my really close friends banned on this server for hacking... (yeah that seems kinda narky but it was the right thing to do). I am loyal to the server and if my friends hack I do report them because hackers have a huge advantage over legit players in many different ways for example you are playing skywars and someone is scaffolding [fast bridging] or you are playing pvp and someone is going all out like they have jesus, bhops, kill aura, no slowdown. Stuff like this is unfair for legit players. I believe in fairness and that everyone should be able to play fairly without people cheating and ruining the game for them because when you have a game you don't like you stop playing it don't you?

My age and maturity
I am 13 and it probably sounds like I am immature but I am pretty mature for my age, I will have a joke when it's right but I can also be serious when I have to be. I don't like hackers and even if people say they are hacking to kill hackers that won't be right because in all honesty they should just report them. If they say they don't have a forum account or something I will walk them through it but I will end up punishing them for hacking because what they did is not right, what they should have done was get a mod and report the person hacking on the forums. Depending on what the server punishments are I would give them both the punishment that they deserve if that event ever occurred. I am not aggressive, people just annoy me if they aren't abiding by the rules.

My perseverance and patience
If I have to I will persevere with catching hackers and disrespectful players even if I have to watch them for an hour to be sure of the evidence or that the hackusation may be false. If someone reports a person on the forum and has beyond evident proof that they are hacking I will sort them out if someone hasn't done so yet. If I see people disrespecting someone in chat I will warn that player to watch them self or it would result in a mute for the player being disrespectful. What ever the server rules are, I abide by all rules and I don't abuse moderator commands for my advantage because as I said earlier, I like fairness and if something isn't fair, I won't enjoy whatever is occurring.

About me
I have a good sense of humor and I am respectful, kind and most importantly, friendly. I will try to listen to what everyone says and if there is an argument I will listen to both sides of the story then ask the people who were victims of the conversation. I am athletic and quite enjoy sports but I like gaming too. I am alright at typing (40 wpm) is what I type so I can respond pretty fast. In my spare time I like to play rugby, cricket, badminton and volleyball but I also like to watch YouTube, play Minecraft and CS:GO. I am responsible and I can be trusted with a task, whatever the task is.

Trust and personal qualities
I am trustworthy and a lot of people have trust in me, If I say i'm going to do something I am most likely going to do it. I don't lie to people and I make friends really easily and most people trust me from first impressions. I have never once scammed someone but I have been scammed myself from placing trust in people. I am very giving and caring for others which I think makes me a good person. I am responsible, respectful to others and I show good leadership. I am very friendly and I let anyone approach me if they need assistance.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I can be active 1 - 3 hours during the weekdays and 3 - 5 hours in the weekend. I like to exercise that's why I am active for that long, Also I have school during the week. It may vary depending on what I am doing. I also travel occasionally with my family (once every 1 - 2 months).

How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I have been on Mineverse for about 3 years and joined the forums about 2 years after I joined the main server.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I do have past experience as an Admin and Helper. I was Helper on an OP Prison server called ElitePrison and was about to get promoted but instead the server owner merged with another server and the owner of the other server demoted all the staff except me and a few others so I then left the staff team because I really didn't like the new owner. I was also Admin on a PvP server so I know a lot of PvP hacks from dealing with many hacking scumbags.

- You’ve been inactive for a while, and just after coming back you apply for staff... I don’t really think that is the best idea.
- You haven’t really done much in the forums, as seen in your post count (most of your messages were from a while back)
- You don’t have many reports (although they aren’t necessary, it shows that you’re dedicated, can spot hackers, and whatnot)
- Grammar mistakes here and there, but that’s not a big issue
- I have seen you online, but I don’t really know you, so I’d love to have a conversation with you and see how you interact with the community

Thanks for this, I understand there are grammar mistakes, and yeah. I used to report quite a lot but since I went inactive I stopped. The reason I want to re-apply is because my old application was just turned away, it died, people stopped viewing it etc.
