Jadey, I don't mean to be rude... Cypriot only promotes people who actually mean well. Yes, that can be anyone. Spamming their names for admin/giving them supports means nothing. A moderator on .net got moderator with 6 supports, he had a good application and he meant well. Simple.
Kewl got in with 2 supporters. MPG has a point. I wasn't promoted due to my supporters, nor was anyone.
