The rank up signs in the shop area on prison should be enhanced to prevent the possible error of downgrading a player. Players should only be able to click on a sign if it is exactly one rank higher than what their current rank is. All other signs should ignore the players clicks. This may require a programming change or a change in how the permissions on the signs are setup. Currently if you are a D-prisoner and if you have $750k, you cannot click on the rank up sign to Free-Man, which costs $750k and requires you be a A-prisoner. It appears like it should be reasonable that the current rank and lower signs can be setup to prevent clickable actions from downgrading a player. Clicking on these signs may be classified as a player error, but the consequences of such a stray click could adversely impact the playability of the gamemode and even result in the loss of long term players. This may be a simple enhancement that could save a lot of aggravation and positively improve the game play experience. I personally know at least three people who have accidentally clicked on those signs in the last 3 to 4 months, and I have “donated” funds so they can rank back up. I for one avoid that area as much as possible since my keyboard setup allows for, and causes, unintended stray clicks frequently. Update 2017-10-02: Should also include the donor prefix fix signs. I've heard how if you click on the wrong one it can take you down to a lower rank.
Thanks! Yeah... I've known a few players to got burned. Found another one who lost ranks by accidentally the donor prefix fix signs. So those need to be included too.
