Basically what is implied with this thread being a "moot point" is that since they are enabling kits now, and restoring other donor perks, the whole concern over the EULA has been thrown out the window. Therefore there is little practical meaning, relevance, or value to deliberate upon ways to become EULA compliant since that ship has sailed. Your post predated the announcements of the return of donor kits and perks, so it was a very valid post at that time. For the pure sake of deliberation, I would have to say that whatever you have to work hard for in life, it will be treasured and appreciated far more than if it was just given to you.

But yet the truth also remains that any discussion going forward on how to better align with the Mojang's EULA is, well, um, a moot point? ;) BTW... what do you have against "moot points"? They can be rather nice once you get to know them. Contrary to popular belief, they really are not too argumentative. ;)
The owners would never give out free ranks except for the top voters. To think that they would give out the highest rank is an insane thought. They want money, and now that kits are back, people have more of a reason to buy ranks. Another thing, everyone being Titan on the server would ruin the economy, as Titan kits would no longer be of any value.
You dont even do your research. Titan is not the highest rank, and giving it out for free would help BOOST mineverse's economy by bringing in more players to enjoy our christian server.

I don't understand if you're trying to make a funny or sarcastic comment, but I don't see your point whatsoever. If everyone gets titan, which is the highest non-staff rank, wouldn't it be better to just make the default rank, saying that everyone has it? It would no longer be useful, it wouldn't be fun because everyone is the same, and the people who did pay for legitimate ranks (I have Titan, God, and elite), this is just another reason to chargeback.
Well those who paid for there ranks already got plenty of use out of their ranks, and i have talked to about 75% of those players, all of them have said that they have gotten their parents moneys worth. If we give everyone titan, then everyone will be overpowered, and the glory can be shared among everyone, not just a select few players. why wouldn't he?? this is a serious matter, leave the thread if you dont take it seriously.

Because kits were gone for so long, I got even LESS. So no, I didn't get my mom's moneysworth, even though I paid for it. Secondly, you OBVIOUSLY didn't talk to 75% of ranked players, I doubt you even asked 5%. This thread is of no use, as neither cypriot nor noobcrew will give out free ranks, especially Titan any time soon. I really don't care if you reply anymore, as this thread will go no where.
