never received rank!

Purchased rank over a month ago for 5 usd and have received nothing. I would like a full refund as I do not want the rank after this. If a refund is not given in 1 week I am going to dispute the payment with my card company. I have proof of purchase and am happy to pm it to a staff member. And before anyone asks, yes I have emailed [email protected] twice, and have received no reply at all.

I'm pretty sure we spoke about this elsewhere but there was an error in your payment. Meaning that you never were charged for your purchase. This is why you do not have your rank.
