But this was 100 $, so they said here: Hello If you really need to gain your money back then you would have to perform a chargeback form the gateway through which you purchased. Listen Toby. You "Donated" your $100 to the server. Crew and Cyp were nice enough to give you special perks for donating. You were the one who got yourself banned. It was your own fault. You should of thought about this ahead of time before you decided to go around causing trouble and breaking rules.
Like you are saying, Cyp and Crew did give me a perk, its the only reason that i donated by the way :/

I have been talking to him and explaining that a donation is not paying for the rank. It is the act of paying for the server, but getting a gift (Rank, items, etc.) in return. It's technically a "thank you".
You donated to the server, When you donated to the server you agreed to the ToS: You can't make a purchase without agreeing to the ToS so under those terms which are: " Spoiler 1) All sales are final and non refundable, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back. 2) We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any item price that has been set forth. We also reserve the right to remove perks from players in extreme cases where deemed necessary.
