Ok so this is a gamemode where you can either: a) Be an owner of any business (It can be anything from a shoe store all the way to a pawn shop). You can hire employees to work for your business and make money out of your business. In addition to that there will be real life government regulations that will be placed to challenge the business owner. This is too keep it as real as possible, while at the same time have fun, all while in Minecraft. . You earn money which can be used to expand your shop with new features, seats, etc. b) Be a worker for any business and serve the people. You have to complete tasks during your shift and manage high volumes of people, to keep them happy. There can be a variety of jobs such as: Server, Dishwasher, Cook, Cashier, etc. Depending on the job, youf will get paid experience. Edit 7/22: I have an idea, when you collect money, you can have the option to tranfer that money to your Towny world. How would that sound? ~~For both options we will use NPCs as the owner or the workers along them as being the customer~~ What do you guys think?
This is similar to how the Towny server should've worked. This could obviously be improved on, though plugins which allow for salaries and what not. Maybe it could work, maybe not. We'll see.
Yeah, This is similar to Towny, only difference is that you have a job (or you're a business owner) that you have to work on.
