I know where most of you go saying we need stricter enforcement and a change up of guidelines and how we may moderate but. remember we "volunteer" Its not like we are getting payed. We try our best. Almost 90% of the team are teenagers/Adolescents/Kids. We make mistakes everyone makes mistakes. Most people that rant about how easy It Is to be a moderator and get It resign within a month or 2. Most of you will understand how much hard work goes Into moderating because Its not just banning hackers. Its also about dealing with the hate and the abuse players can give you.

I think I can judge, tyvm. I was at the head of the staff team for a year and mod for 6 months before that.
