God rank gone?

So recently I got hacked but I got the username PastelLoser back, ever since then my name has been in the blue god thing but i haven't been able to get the kit and the god prefix, I've sent an email about this problem but havent gotten a response ??
( this is like this on all servers btw )

Is this the account that you are stating is missing God?

Okay so, I'm missing god on the account of PastelLoser because my old account got hacked ( TheOtsukaaa ). That used to be me ( as you can see the old usernames on that account were all mine ).
https://namemc.com/profile/TheOtsukaaa.1 is not currently my account, it was my old one where I bought all my ranks.


https://namemc.com/profile/PastelLoser.5 is now my account, it says I'm god in tab, but nothing works. In all my evidence my username was YRPastelLoser, which you can see was one of my old usernames if you namemc TheOtsukaaa.

I hope that makes more sense lol
