Hackers. We all hate them (except for those who hack themselves :/) Small suggestion here. Just add an in-game reporting system. To elaborate on this, all mods could have a queue on reported players. After each player is concluded a hacker and a punishment is given or not a hacker, they get removed from the queue. A way to use this would be /report [player] [offence]. Reporting in game would be a lot easier for those who don't have recording systems or can't turn them on quick enough. It would also reduce the amount of hackers on in the long run.
I don't hate hackers, nor do I hack. I really do cringe at the fact you stated people cannot turn on their software quick enough. It doesn't take long, most people who hack stay until they get banned, which gives you plenty of time. Also, to start recording with your software takes less than a second. Reducing the amount of hackers in the long run? No, no, no. The amount of hackers on a server is subject to how popular the server is. If the server averages 1k players, it will have more hackers than a server with averages 500 players. This won't help too much. It's not a bad idea, it's just too late to implement this suggestion.
Late suggestion, not enough mods/players on the server Cyp doesnt care anymore about this @CypriotMerks Follow me a twitter @CustomKKK #ETB
No support, mods would be constantly spammed with notification of reports, 75% by salty kids who have don't have a clue what they're talking about. Also, if people think mods are bad at getting to reports on forums quick, Lol, they would be even slower at this.
Interesting. It could log information for mods to review; I like this idea, but unfortunately, it is too much work for Cyp to implement.
No support, this would be abused the heck out of. Also how is it faster for a report to be logged in a queue than you to just report them.
