So I have emails mineverse over and over and NOBODY RESPONDS. I normally don't get mad but I have made FORUM POSTS TOO. I am God rank on EVERY SERVER EXCEPT FOR KIT PVP! EVEN CHECK BUYCRAFT! JUST PLEASE FIX IT!




P.S. I am not dumb. I never bought Commander rank.

Be sure to put your proof that you purchased the God rank not the commander rank. I think it's your purchase ID or purchase number they need. Make sure you explain in detail what has happened, and don't annoy them with caps like you did in this post

Yes, but did you make it professional. Did you make it rude and include a real proof of purchase (those photos aren't enough, because you may be a super amazing photo shopper.)?
Like I said, make it polite, and make sure that you include real proof of purchase

 

They can just check when I bought it or go and check my rank on the server. I don't have proof where would I get that?
