Hopefully staff members see this you need an anti cheat like watchdog or something and make me only have one perm to ban people and once this happens your server will be great again with no more hackers hopefully you guys understand about how bad this is.;):p

You need to make an app. they won't just give you perms.

 

Why would they give it to you? If you want to have Moderator perms, apply in the correct way.

I have been recording every hacker I see. Hopefully you can help out the staff. Get OBS, its free and reliable, and apply the correct way.

A "watchdog" would be nice. Though it would probably need to be coded custom. Anti cheats often are easily bypassed anyway. Those larger server with their own anti cheats still have players that hack and it is a problem there too.
The only solution that is would be the simplest is have a lot more staff on guarding the server. And having that many staff for the numbers might not be so great. So in short it is harder than it seems to get these things with a few devs and a smaller team. Everyone knows it's a problem but there may not be a clear fix
