• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: The following servers are missing rank. Emailed support yesterday. Waited a day before contacting to make sure it wasn't just delayed.

This seems to be typical of how this server fixes rank issues.

 

You won't get it back. If you do, you are the luckiest person on this server. Cypriot isn't really caring at all about the missing ranks right now. I wish you good luck. I waited long for my god rank too, I am still missing it.

 

If you purchase rank, the server owners are responsible to supply it and or to fix it. I would suggest a charge back on your purchase. Although it will result in a permanent ban. Don't let people steal your money.

 

I guess I was lucky. I was Titan, and a player I had recently banned bought me premium. I went and emailed support around 5 different times. Later, in-game, I saw Cypriot on op prison. I told him that someone bought me premium. He responded about "sending the buycraft." I immediately got Titan on all servers, and I didn't even show him evidence.

 

Charge back. Screw the terms.

 

sad part is i have done the same thing and iv been waiting for the past 4 and half months for him to fix it.
