NA Maxamul's Moderator Application [3.0]

Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Maxamul but you may also know me as Colby or Kendrick Lamar. I have decided to reapply for the position of Moderator on Mineverse. I am aware I have been responsible for some questionable things in the past. If you have been hurt by any of my actions in the past, I would like to say I am truly sorry. Looking back, I feel awful for all the things I did. I was reckless, and arrogant in my actions and decisions. Some of which led to my demotion, but we'll get to that.

My Demotion
September 2016, I was promoted to Moderator. After being promoted I proceeded to make terrible decisions which I truly regret. At the time, I was in a terrible place - which lead to me making very rash decisions. The first of which was banning someone for 1 second on Teamspeak, I had previously been banned by a Moderator for 1 second on Teamspeak and they suffered no repercussions for it. So I assumed I could do the same. My next offence was muting Random after she sent me 3 /tpa requests after another. My response to this was to /warn Randomninja14 for spam as it was standard protocol. While the correct course of action was to take it to my superiors on the staff team. My next offence occurred when I accused a Moderator of leaking information from the staff team. This was based on a rumor I had heard and I stupidly went to the Moderator directly instead of taking it to Pile or Dyna. When I did this, I took the situation too far even when the Moderator insisted they were innocent. Lastly, I was in a Teamspeak channel with some Skyblock Moderators and we were all joking around which resulted in me saying something very rude that I did not mean about CypriotMerkz. The Moderator then told CypriotMerkz intending for him to talk to me about what I did. This instead lead to my removal from the staff team. After the fact, I realized what I said was disgustingly rude of me, even as a joke. While all of this may be a very overwhelming case as to why I shouldn't be Moderator, I assure you in the 10 months since my demotion I have become a very different person. I have went out of my way to apologize to all of the people I hurt and offended. I made many mistakes, but I have learned and grown from all of them.

Yes, I have standard Minecraft screenshot for in game and Gyazo for forums. I use Screencast-o-Matic to record hackers.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
Familiar with the rules: With over 200 reports, the vast majority of which are valid - I can say that I am familiar with what constitutes as disrespect, hacks, etc.

Knowledgeable: Since I was Moderator, I am familiar with the commands I will be using, /tempban, /unban, /tempmute, /unmute, /kick, /warn, /god, /fly, /gmsgspy, /whereis

Dedicated: I have played consistently played Mineverse for 2 years. If repromoted to Moderator I would continue to play regularly.

Attentive: When in a situation, I can effectively grasp and understand the issue and work to the best of my ability to solve it.

Calm: I have the ability to be very calm and collected in difficult situations.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I can be in game 6+ Hours Sunday - Saturday, and on forums as much as needed using my phone (Will be updated when school starts)

I have been playing Mineverse regularly since mid 2015.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I previously owned a Minecraft server. The server averaged about 10 people consisting of friends and friends of friends. Until I shut the server down due to the fact I lost interest in it.

I was also a staff member on a Pixelmon server for about 2 months before resigning.

Also, I was Moderator on Mineverse during September of 2016. Before being demoted, for more information see my section discussing my demotion.

Conclusion
While I am aware I do not have many traits listed under "Why do you think you should become a mod?" I do not want to repeat what I stated on my previous Moderator application. And while I am aware it may be difficult to trust me with this position after previously being demoted, I can assure you that in the 10 months since then I have changed and believe I am ready for this position. I am also steadily improving my activity in game as well as increasing the amount of reports I post. [EDIT] You used to bully kids, only like a couple months ago dude. You lost my trust within that and I doubt you will ever regain it.
