No support. I have 3 other people who play Minecraft on my IP. It's bad enough getting a 3d ban for them swearing yet alone 31d if they go and hack.
But how many times is someone's hacker sibling going over to them and saying "hey wanna see something cool that will help you win I can download it for you" It's happened all too many times and it's getting quite frustrating to the people who actually decide NOT to ruin the game for everyone else.

Neutral, I have to agree with @Teeeb 's statement about idiotic siblings. As the oldest in my household I have seen my brothers do some very stupid things on the internet and all it takes is for them to do it on Mineverse to ruin it for me.
If a hacker stays on the same IP, it's easy and possible to track for alts. But if we ban theirs IPs, they'll use a VPN (Which most people have, especially hackers) and mods won't be able to track for alts. It's actually very quick and simple to use a VPN. IP bans won't stop hackers from coming to Minverse.
Well its better than not doing it, if we continue with what Mineverse does, the server will still be hafl hackers, if we at least try IP banning, it might stop some of the hackers from coming back.
Also... If you have a family member in the same household that plays the same server on a different account they'd be IP banned too because IP goes off of your router... So both of the family members would be punished.
Support, hacking is what made the server toxic, I myself have hacked because I thought i was everything, I was still maturing and it was a way I thought I could become something in the community but it just hurt it more, and now the server is dying from hackers. Full support
I see where you're coming from, but IP banning can punish more than 1 person and can somehow be bypassed... Or so I've been told. IP banning could give the server a bad rep especially if the hacker has a family member that also plays the server.
Support, if a sibling of a hacker gets banned then its unfortunate, but I doubt this would happen all that often, it would be a claim hackers would make so they can ban evade. And most hackers would move on if they got banned and go back on a different server. Only a few hackers would be dedicated enough to go through the hassle of evading an ip ban.
There shouldn't be bans for hackers. -They really just need a good anticheat/autoban tool. The server Brawl has one that bans for 12 hours when it first detects then perm bans the second time detected. -For VPNs they just need some sort of plugin that doesn't allow players with VPNs to connect
It doesnt matter what we want or what would be best for the server, the owners will never do anything about it. As long as players keep donating the owners wont change anything.
IP ban shouldn't be the first offence of hacking though. Support since this will never be a problem for me
