Prestige Rank Perks: I suggest adding the following perks for the following prestige ranks. Citizen - An extra home. Veteran - Another home; ability to fly in the plot world. Highroller - Access to a cheaper repair sign (1000$) that could be placed alongside the current; ability to fly inside the mines. Legend - Ability to /fix one item at a time, a max usage of 12 times per 24 hours. Titan - Ability to /fix one item at a time, a max usage of 36 times per 24 hours.
You're wrong in two places; people do play prison and it is not pointless to add perks to prestige ranks. I don't see why you would comment to say it's pointless, as that itself is pointless.
