Neutral currently, as stated reports and forum activity is a huge part of becoming a moderator on here and getting your name known, in order to receive supports.

With your videos, may I ask you to check what the average file size of one of your videos, as well as the length of them. You don't have to record in HD. You could maybe try lowering your recording resolution to either 720p if wanting to keep with the HD look, or down to 480p. Lowering your resolution, as long as keeping it somewhat clear and easily visible for the people watching would be a good first step in order to upload videos quicker.

Everyone who has replied with neutral / no support (which is basically everyone) Thank you for replying, I understand that I should get my reports up and also become well known with people that aren't in my timezone. With the reports I have started working on them more often and I am reporting a lot more than what I used to do.

Tbh I don't get why everyone is "do more reports". The amount of reports submitted is proportional to the amount of hackers/rule breakers online. And when its our day, it's America's night, Britain/Europe's early morning, which basically is more than half of Mineverse's population, and thus more than half of the rule breaking population. It basically leaves the active people from Asia and Australia. Plus, there is more to a moderator then just reporting. The official guidelines for judging applications (https://www.mineverse.com/threads/supporting-applications-how-to-judge-an-applicant.8047/) does not mention "report" anywhere in it.

Plus this is better then reporting willy-nilly (like so many other people do - they just waste a moderator's time)

Only bit of feedback from me would be to get to know more people (the Australians here aren't too bad, right @SirCorgi?).

Thank you for that @8top ,It means a lot to see how much support you are showing me and I appreciate that. With the application guidelines I see why everybody is saying more reports because they need to know that you are capable of catching hackers with proof and so you are also a reliable person to go to with a hacker.
