I think I should become a mod for the following reasons. Responsible I am going into Freshmen year of High School and need to have lots of responsibility. I am in multiple school clubs/activities that don’t take immature kids. I am always on top of my issues and I am always ready to tackle them. If we have had any issues in the past I would like you to know that I have changed. When someone is being rude I do not “roast” them back. I calmly approach the situation and explain what has happened and resolve the issue without any rude actions. I also work at a Summer Camp and I do get paid. This job has matured me and taught me how to handle people. Everyone is different and acts different, too. I am on multiple sports teams and I am to act mature and responsible on these teams. I work well with everyone, even those I am not friends with or who I do not like. Kind and Generous I am very kind and generous. I have a very big heart for everyone and always will. I like to help others and make them feel better. It has always been a pleasure for me when I get to help someone. Helping 1 person or more always counts. It could make their day better. No support for CandyGirl. Rude Joined the other day. Inactive Reports Requirements I cannot go on about how rude you were to me. I took this to the offense and it really hurt my feelings. I never saw you every in my entire life except when you joined 2 days ago :( You do 0 reports and you do not make the fit for the moderator position. You BARELY meet requirements and seem to be salty a lot.

No support.Before I address your application itself, I'm attaching some files. Over here, you're unsure if posting reports a lot would be considered post farming. As I mentioned in that application, it would not be unless you are purposely filing lack of evidence reports. You being unsure of things like this isn't a good thing. You should familiarise yourself with common things on the forums. This is your status update. This clearly shows impatience and lack of understanding. There's also no need to make a status update for that. If you really want it to get resolved, a PM to the online Moderators would be a better notification. This is your status update, with multiple replies on it. Just 7 days ago, you claim you got scammed. You then said that you did not record it. That is something which is a given if you do not wish to get scammed. Moderators should know this. --------------------------------------- Other reasons: - Lack of consistent reports - Be more active on forums - There's a lot of information under "Responsible" that doesn't explain why you're responsible. For example, you mentioned you're calm and you're willing to cooperate, but it's more of "Mature" and "Teamwork" or something like that. - I doubt you're active for 6 hours per day. You should change your "how active can you be" part. Honestly speaking, I tried doing 4 hours a day (my school holiday period when I was promoted) and I failed after around 10 days. It was tiring. You'll burn out very fast that way. - Try playing OPPvP. Get some reports there too.

The point I'm trying to make with those screenshots is that you're not ready right now, since you are still relatively unfamiliar with what "should be done" and what "shouldn't be done".
I was actually very active on Forums that day, and was told to stop post farming. So I got confused. Kinsey told me to not post too much so I stopped. EDIT) I knew what was right. I was told by a staff to stop, so I listened.
I'm sticking to a neutral position with this, as I don't believe you are currently ready to handle the position, but with saying that, I believe you will be ready very soon. I won't be like Andrew and no support you because of this though. I like the courage you have with actually taking the time to apply for mod. The server definitely needs more of them. I believe, with time, you will gather a great understand of the rules. I believe this is true as you are new to the concept of everything here on the forums, but, similar to everyone else on here, it takes time to grasp a FULL understanding and concept of the rules and how things actually are. You'll get the hang of things. With reports, I can agree that doing more wouldn't hurt. Hacker based reports are mainly what I like to look at within a moderator as that's the area where most people are reported. If you can task that, then I'm sure you'll do fine. If you also manage to achieve some well done reports, then it allows the staff team to see you have a good understanding of hacking, etc. (This doesn't mean shy away from other things, such as scammers, racists, and other things). I wish you the best of luck on your journey, and I hope to one day come back and see that you are fully ready for the position.
Andrew I cannot stress enough that she needs a refresher as stated in mine you basically summed this up, she states that she joined a while back but was never active until now. Un-understanding and a tie between the basics since she applied 2 days later. Agreed.
