Server dead?

that doesn't mean anything, it only means something if you have something from 2-3 years ago comparing to those sales.

 

MC was released on 17 May 2009; that was 3023 days ago.

26240962 copies of MC have been sold as of 4:00 PM EST 6/25/17.

26240962/3023=8681 copies per day, on average.

As of my writing this post, copies of the game have been sold since 4:00 yesterday. Especially considering the fact that very few people bought the game during its indev/infdev/alpha/beta stages (compared to these numbers), this is very significant.

Before you accuse people of not doing research do it yourself first, please.

no duh. ive played mineverse since around 2013. and been a fourm member since 2015. Im an og. but i quit around 1-1 1/2 years ago. But yea. This server is DEAD

 

This server IS dead. I logged on today and noticed that half of the servers had under 5 players.
It doesn't help that being a God donor rank gets you actually jack . I get NOTHING anymore, not complaining for myself in general, this goes out to every donor.

-No Infection armor
-No skywars money

NOTHING.

To be honest, some of these comments are true. On infection especially, there used to be an average of about forty people on at a time. now its about 10-20. Also, it depends on what game you play and your style but most people like less people bc they can level up faster. I'm not saying im glad the server has less, just saying it has its perks for the new people.

 

didnt accuse anyone of false research but k. Minecraft may not be dying, but mineverse sure is. How you may ask? Mineverse back in 2013/14/15 days peaked 2.5k players on weekends and each server was filled with players and communities of friends.

 

It's sad to see how badly this server is dying, when i personally joined back in June of 2013, and the forums in October, the server had been one of the most popular servers, and become one of the most popular servers until laziness and possible greed took over and the server went downhill fast. I personally will keep playing till it A. gets fixed or B. Ends up turning out like a previous server i played about a year ago, shutting down because op's were tired of the laziness of the owners and proceeded to grief and op many people until it was forced to close. I really hop this doesn't happen to MV, but hopefully Cyp or Crew looks at these before it may be too late,

 

No matter how many threads people make there will be multiple answers, some people will blame Cyp, some will blame mods and some will say Minecraft is dying. Personally, I believe its just minecraft as a game that is dying - people seem to be losing interest in it.

I've been on the server couple times and it's basically empty. Literslly no one in GTA lol. The same goes for skyblock.net, it's also dying. Someone mentioned hypixel is popular. Thats because it is aimed toward younger people not 13 year olds.

In general minecraft is dying slowly from the poison of Microsoft. Charging people 10 bucks for a "piece of skin". Its ridiculous. Minecraft was better in the hands of Mojang.

you people post the same dam thing in this thread. the server owners were money whores and didnt care about the server so it died. mineverse is dead. minecraft is not dead. mineverse is. as sad as it is, considering i've met loads of cool ppls. mineverse is dead.
