well, it's getting ridiculous with the amount of hackers, it should be advertised in game, That if they are recorded hacking and banned it'll be a ip banned for the 4 weeks and can hurt others on ip address. If this does get implemented.
He used it correctly, but in a very badly put sentence. He is saying that nowhere does it state that people sharing an IP (Household/router) will receive the same punishment. Though, this topic has been at large for roughly 3 years now. I doubt anything will change.
IP banning does exactly that and if you're banning an IP there's no way to unban someone sharing that exact same IP. IP bans ban the IP of an account, not the name under it.

FIrst of all, most hackers have a vpn set up regardless already xd Also, evading an ip ban would basically remind the player to get on a vpn before changing accounts, kinda counter productive xd If they just get banned (not ip) and they log into another account without changing ips, then head staff online get notified that the player is evading.
