Dont got my titan rank at kitpvp

Some mod said he will fix it for me, but he didnt fix it yet! its been like that for a while..
Anyone can fix it for me please?

And some mod tried to restore my packs or something like that and it didnt helped.. seems like a glitch.. Anyone have idea?
