Mhm it was happening to other people too cyp put a message on the discord, @everyone Apologies if you're falsely getting temporarily banned from the forum. Added rate limits to stop HTTP flood and future downtime. Still trying to work out the best options to prevent false bans.

Cannot connect using my wireless wifi for some reason but am connected on my phone using 4G so I'm unable to access it on my pc.

When will it be fixed ?
This is what happens when trying to connect using my internet.

I'd gotten this issue yesterday. Not sure if it's going to happen today.

One of CloudFlare's little features is a rate limiter... I can only imagine that the other day when the web server was umm... Dying... Users trying to connect to the broken web server were confusing the limiter, and so it controlled us from attempting and attempting over and over... I can only presume the CloudFlare is configured to block a certain number of requests from the same IP - I really wouldn't know - I know very little about rate limiters.

I'm pretty sure you can modify variables for the rate limiter. It works for IP address also, so changing IP would allow you to send another (the variable amount) of requests. Here's a picture which might help:
