Removing someone's private chest on Skyblock

Hello,
My in game name is MoniVI and for over 2 months I've had 2 chests and 2 jukeboxes left on my island that have private signs on them. The problem is, the signs have someone else's name on them so I cannot remove the chests and jukeboxes. I have heard that head-mods can remove private signs on chests on Skyblock but I have no idea if that is true.
I would really like them removed since they are in the way. The 2 players have also not been online for over 1 month.
Their names are: shadowsniper82 and ozzieYT

Well, that sucks. If you can, try to get the owner of those chests to remove the chests themselves if they appear online. Otherwise, good luck.
