Yes. Personally - I think the time and resources should be spent on other things. Things that will benefit the server. There's a hacker epidemic. There's a lag problem.
Wouldn't call something that's been happening from day one, and has continued to be an issue a real ''epidemic''. Although we could definitely get a better anti-cheat. Personally I believe a private anti-cheat would be best (exclusive to Mineverse only). But at this point I'm happy with whatever 5 star rating they pull off of spigot.
I think the only way we can cut down on the hackers is to get a private ac. These public ones are just going to keep getting bypassed and worse.
Nice to see you know what LF is <3 And yeah. The server needs to invest in some premium, exclusive stuff. At least that way we can tackle the problems, and not rely on a developer who publishes their clients to the public, and hackers.

also idk how many other people feel this way but i dont rlly play mv as much because it just feels dead since no one is really upgrading the server and cyp is just leaving it be. its boring imo and just not as fun knowing that nothing is gonna happen to fix it
Premium was a rank In place to help towards the server. Where do you think money comes from a tree? Donations haven't been super high lately for a server that costs thousands of $$$ to run. Advertisement is a wonderful thing. But you shouldn't advertise a poor product. YouTube ranks are something people can already apply for. You can also hire YouTubers to record on your channel but that costs a buttload of money. == Mineverse used to live up to normal standards a few years ago. However, developers have changed Minecraft a lot and over these 3-4 years have developed incredible plugins. New Minecraft versions have come out allowing for more expansion to allow for new plugins, mechanics, and more. A lot of servers are (and have been) taking advantage of this opportunity. Hosting a server network costs a lot of money. Please read that sentence over and over until you understand it. Need an explanation? Alright, sure. Mineverse is a server network. Every game-mode is a server linked to a network using BungeeCord. Each of those servers require payment. Most people are ignorant enough to believe you can go on McProhosting, buy a 6GB server and you're done. However, I also believe the administration on Mineverse isn't entirely disciplined or motivated at certain moments. Especially those moments when we call for an anti-cheat. And hell I don't care if it's top rated on Spigot anymore. Just something. It's better than nothing. Plenty of EULA compliant plugins exist that could replace lost perms for ranks. Premium ranks on XenForo was a fantastic opportunity to make a bit more money. Renewing a XenForo licence costs $140 USD (if this has changed, just let me know). However you snowflakes had to complain about it. For whatever reason you rated the following statement as ''salty'' when it was nothing but truthful. ''If you want to pay for the rank, pay for it. If you don't, then don't.''. (worded a bit differently). An opportunity was presented to you to support the server and perhaps motivate the administration team to get back on their feet and release new content that'd actually be stable. But you blew it away. And although I still believe this administration team isn't top notch (far from it), constantly complaining will not solve a thing. If you don't wanna play here, there are plenty of servers out there. If you wanna play, then go ahead. It isn't rocket science.
