Handled post count bugs

ehh on the forums when I just post at someone it keeps saying that I have 26 posts while I already have like 40

 

its annoying when I post on somebody else's thread

 

You get post count from all forums except off topic

 

As well as Forum Games and Rant.

Posts in Giveaways and Competitions does contribute to post counts though.
