is anyone not gonna talk about how infection rounds last about 45 seconds because some people have bows that have the power of flame throwers xdddd.
This is a main reason why I prefer the previous version of Infection. Bites the big one that they changed it
see I enjoyed the old infection because it WASN'T OVERPOWERED like the current one then cyp reckons it is and then in turn makes infection over powered irony tho
Some people like it fast... Also, it just makes it easier to win levels. If you know the right strategy.
it wasn't insanely overpowered until they removed rank kits. Bow zombies only did 2 hearts to kit god and titan.
It actually was insanely overpowered with kits. One egg could bring a group of gods/titans to half a heart and anyone could kill them.
^^ we had so many suggestions to nerf the eggs, but then we also suggested to reset it completely. That happened, but not to our liking. The only changes was a new plugin, some changes to the zombie kits/prestiges and the removal of kits. Never was the eggs nerfed, or the bows.
removal of kits? Yeah, I was there when that happened... I was shocked myself :P But yeah, the reset did bring the 'overpowered' state down, but the removal of kits just made zombies overpowered again, and now, more people are reaching prestige 10, and that's starting to become an issue in my opinion.
Actually before the June reset, there were no eggs. They were removed from prestige 6 for a long time. That's also not why it was reset. It was reset because so many people were p10 (June was the first reset) and Cyp wanted to get a new plug-in. Cyp never changed anything with the zombie or human kits, that all came from the new plug-in. The new plug-in was Minetime's old Infection plug-in. Kits weren't originally removed in the reset, they were removed because Mineverse started becoming EULA friendly. If it wasn't for the EULA, there'd still be kits on Infection. Also, the bows in the old Infection didn't need nerfing.
