lost ownership of hellblock island

I Shared a hellblock island with jakelstraya and i was the island owner and after a couple months i came back on and i realised i couldnt do any thing on my hellblock island so i did /home and it made me start a whole new island can u pleas help me get my island back i have a warp set there so i can get back to my pevious island.

i have some screen shots of me removing tees and stuff off of my island and i rember some of the stuff i have in the chests u also can ask jakelstraya he shared the island with me.
