Why/How is that reapplication too soon? Mods aren't allowed to reapply after a month?

Some mods resigned/were demoted more than him and were still repromoted after reapplying "too soon".

 

Whats the point in resigning if you're only going to be gone for a few weeks?

I don't see how this has any relevance to this application.


EDIT: I also just skimmed it, but there are a few spelling/grammar mistakes. Might want to re-read it and fix them.
