Voting is messed!

I have voted EVERY DAY since June 1st to ensure I get top voter. And id has only registered 9 of my 13 votes? why? D:

 

This is how it works:
1. Go ahead and vote,
2. Remember or write down what time you voted at today.
3. The next day you go to vote, make sure you vote an hour or 5 minutes ahead of what time you voted yesterday.
Pretty simple, well that's how it works.
