Hey. So I play KitPvP and this has been going on for a real long time. Idk if staff members know this or maybe it's just a glitch or bug staff members can't fix. But when you try and use a splash potion the potion doesn't effect you or work. It's just a simple butt dud. Please any staff member reply ASAP. I've been triggered bcuz of these. Along time ago though it used to work but I guess no it doesn't Thanks!
Splash potions haven't been working for more than a year now, probably two or three, to be honest. It doesn't affect me much since I've gotten used to it, though. There's really no need to demand for a staff member to reply by the way, they don't have sufficient perms to change it. However, back on topic, it would be a nice touch to just re-add splash potions...
a lot of things are far more OP on kitpvp than splash potions xP but that could be a factor as to why it was disabled, although I doubt it.
There is a reason this is kitpvp there are not supposed to be splash pots on gaps regens and pearls to survive. They would need another pot pvp server no add it to kitpvp
They should add them back, it will only be a good add-on to put in the gamemode, since they kinda left it as it is since more then 3 years or so.
No it is such a crappy thing they added it back for 3 months in the summer of 2015 or 2016 and no one died it was impossible to kill anyone but noobs because all they did was splash and run into spawn it totally ruined kitpvp
I think putting pot potions, that work into the game and fixing them, will ruin kitpvp2 it'll be too OP, i think that's why they were disabled in the first place, but just were never been removed, Personally i do not want them to be fixed, as i like the way kitpvp2 is.. and if they are fixed i feel it'll make the gamemode way to OP, They haven't been working for about 3 years now anyways, so i don't feel the need for them to be fixed.
Disabled for theee years, yet they haven't been reenabled or removed. Another point to make when explaining how the owners are lazy.
That's true as long as the money is coming through, and the moderators are doing the job for free, it's all that matters.
The "healing system" on kitpvp2 is the reason why I never played it. It gives a huge advantage to those with /heal. The only ways for everyone to heal are golden apples which are expensive, regen pots that barely do anything, and the healing pots in /kit tempest that are extremely rare and barely work too. If splash healing pots were enabled it would make fights longer and more fun for everyone.
Kitpvp is not supposed to be long fights the reason people have /heal is because the put money fourth to use on the server and god apples are not that expensive they are 10 dollars
