So... No one can vote?

I can't vote, and I think the others users can't vote either, because today is the day of the vote number 20 and no one have the vote number 20, this happened last month also, I do not know if this is a bug on the page or another user is using my name to vote in another server, can anyone help?

It says: You must wait until tomorrow before voting again!
