Anyways to be real: some of the shop packages are bugging sometimes wait a day or two and if it's still not working try and message @Pile privately, she will most likely reply. Also, she is the contact person to cyp, so if you message her about that problem, cyp is definitely going to hear about that issue.

Is it just me or are a lot of people having these issues lately

Since it is relatively new it is most probably buggy as hell give it 24 hours and if i still does not work then contact [email protected]

I'm technically waiting out my ban for even longer i deserve something.

 

Is it this hard like seriously its ment to take like 1 day but i'v waited atleast a week.

 

Dont get me Wrong But Most servers Take up to 15mins For The Purchase to go Though just wait a While

 

The transaction isn't the issue its the shop he paid for it and the shop wasn't working when he purchased it. And he is just wanting a staff member with the ability to just /unban him so he doesn't have to wait for the whole process of waiting ages for an email cause he has been waiting for almost a week now. Now if i was the one to purchase an unban for $20.00 i wouldn't be to happy either i would be wanting it straight away when i purchased it.

 

I'v been waiting more than 15 mins lol i'v been waiting 7+ days

 

And the purchase has gone through its just that mods are technically finding it hard to do /unban

 

Just be patient And they will have it fix

 

How long does it take like my ban is almost over, im pretty angry that it takes this long like seriously.

 

I would be asking for a refund, if your ban finishes before this works and to make your (once unban) be undone
