You should probably ask on skyblock.net. It's probably the same way to get it here, be accepted on the builder team.
The builders you'll see on there are the same builders Mineverse has. There is a build team whom builds things for both servers. It is a designated group of people who have the prefix and work with Cyp to build for him. You can't just "get builder on .net". You can try to become apart of the build team, but that's really it. Side note: The builders also build a lot more for Mineverse than Skyblock as there's more gamemodes, and more frequent resets.
