When i use to report someone I used to go to my screenshots and drag the picture over. Now when i do that it doesn't do anything.

 

Try upload the image to a website like imgur, then use the imgur link instead.

 

Works for me.

 

Also photobucket is good for archiving you images if you might need them again for future reference.
