Okay so here is the situation i have elite and the prefix works but on servers i do not have the elite kit and when i type it it says that i do not have the permissions i have tried this on Both prisons and survival as well as op survival, but none have worked. oppvp works and is the only server where this seems to work for me..... Please fix and if this isnt actually a problem but is normal Then sorry for wasting your time. My IGN is ur_frenamie

Kits have been removed to comply with the EULA. Only a couple server still have kits, like Infection (xp only) and kitpvp2.
