I lost my rank on kitpvp2

    Hello, my name is elitenoble and i lost my rank on kitpvp2. i don't know how but i lost it. i have already tried to use the donator sign but it didn't work either, i have mailed mineverse, i asked 9 mods and 2 admins, nothing helped. So could i please have my rank back? I have a screenshot for proof
