Why do you think you should become a mod? Okay now this is a quick thing for you guys. Infection has too much HACKERS! I have seen so much hackers with anti knockback, kill aura, speed, etc! But this was the huge problem! There was NO STAFF online! Now here are the important things, that I would love <3 to share! Problems: I have not recently seen a lot of staff on the server, so what I thought of was applying for staff. I love this server's community, players, members, and other staff but there has been a couple of players that aren't following the rules on the server. I have seen players swearing, griefing islands, bullying other members, staff and new players. Then I was thinking oh my gosh, most of the staff on the server are AFK. Why should I be staff?: If you do not know me that means you haven't been playing for very long. Which means there are tons and tons of new players joining the server everyday, so what I was thinking was, "why do players only say welcome? And not telling the new players about the server and how the server works." Technically what my point on this is that I can welcome the new players and the old players that are wanting to rejoin the server and also tell them about what to do. (/rules and how to get started with prestige etc in Infection and other servers.) I can also help the new players and same with the old players by telling them the rules, commands and helping anyone else with commands they are not sure of. I also love helping other players, because it gives me this feeling inside my bone, it goes electric wavy when I help other players. I am very mature, responsible, and loyal to the staff, and all the players in the server for my age, (I am 14) I can type fast so if there is an emergency, where I need to ban or act quick, I can ban them quick and easy. I am very smart for my age, I take a lot of classes, do extra homework every night and work extremely hard on everything I try at. I love chatting with the new players and old members, I have rarley seen staff do this because they are either afk or they have turned off chat. Commands and Grammar: I am very good with commands, because I have been admin on 2 other servers, and mod on 3 other servers, Sadly these servers were shut down for the lack of money and players, I tried my best to keep them up, there was about 10-15 players per day, but that was still not enough. Now back to the commands, I know all the basic commands such as /tp, /ban, /tempban, /manage, /report, /mute, and etc. My Grammar and spelling is highly great, as I said I am smart and try hard at everything, I do type very fast so this may lead to mistakes but I will fix them before I send the message. Forums and Activity: I always look at the messages on the forums, I just don't like responding because lot's of players respond with hateful comments. I love to chat with all the players in the server, all the time, and anywhere. I have lot's of skill for replying on forums, such as staff application ideas, responses to other forum posts and etc. (Will start doing this, and trying to ignore the hateful and rude comments)Now you are probably like, " Tristan you can't have skill on the forums." Well I do have skill because I have been playing the server and on the forums for a very long time. I am always active on the server, and can help any player at any time between 3pm to 9pm. Someday's my in real friends are hanging out with me so sometimes It could also be from 7pm to 11pm. Respect I am very respectful and help anyone that needs help with respect. I am calm and cool down, whenever someone is disrespecting me. Yet I am still very respectful to them back. I will always be respectful to players in many ways. Not lying to them, having kindness and telling them they are getting banned, muted or kicked in the nicest way possible. Loyalty I am very Loyal to everyone and everything in the Mineverse community! I love being Loyal to players and listening, commenting and helping them with issues with the server. No matter what situation or what problem the server or players are going through I WILL ALWAYS help them in any way possible. When a player needs help, I will stop what I am doing and help that player instantly. Maturity I am very mature, and would never post rude comments. I love chatting and making jokes about and to the other players on the server, but they all enjoy them, and no one is offended. I have fun but when A player is getting immature I will NEVER start that conversation with them. I also feel being Immature affects the younger kids that play Mineverse. Kind: I am kind, loving and am willing to help anyone that needs help. I am a big person of kindness, whenever someone is being bullied, I act up and start telling the player “hey it’s okay, if you want we can be friends.” Including that I will never not be kind, because I feel that everyone in the server should enjoy it and have fun the same way I do. Knowledge: I am very smart/education person. I learn and understand many things, therefore I will know when a player is insulting another player in ways the staff here do not know. I am able to understand many languages such as English, French and somewhat Spanish. This helps me understand the players that are swearing/bullying/inappropriate content in Spanish, French or English. Helpful: As I said before I am willing to help any player or staff member in need. Especially the new staff members that don’t know how to be staff on Mineverse, or Help the players here as well. I love helping the new and old members of the server, As I said before it gives me this feeling, inside my bone, it goes electric wavy when I help a player. Trustworthy: I am trustworthy and will never abuse my prefix. I have seen on other servers where a staff members scams and lies to another player about the price of an object or how to do something. I will NEVER do this, I 1. Don’t scam 2. Never lie So you can always trust me as a staff member to help players without lying. Fast Typer: I am an extremely fast typer, I type about 100 words every MINUTE! Yes you’re probably “WOW how you do this man?” And really I don’t know. But the reason of why this is a good thing as a staff member, is because I can ban, mute or kick a player, quick and easy. Dedicated: I am dedicated and a hard worker for everything possible. I get stuff done and will always try my best with helping new members or helping the new staff with problems or questions. Friendly: I am always friendly and love to laugh and enjoy my time on this server with other players. I am always friendly, and kind to players and never have and never will bully another player. I love having friends and becoming friends with the other players on this amazing community. Welcoming: I am welcoming in many ways, such as, I welcome the new members to the server/community, I welcome players to a mini game or game. I welcome back the players that have quickly left the server and rejoined. I feel like this is something everyone needs when they are joining a new server/community. I welcome the new players and new staff on the forums as well, with helping them with anything they need. Calm: I am calm and very patient with other players. If another player is upsetting me, I will stay calm, take a couple breathes and ban/kick/mute them for what they have done or if they did nothing wrong and they are just being rude and mean, I still stay calm and don’t start banning them. Equal: I am equal to everyone on the server, Donors, members, new members, staff and am always equal to the players on the forums. I am not racist nor sexist. I love chatting with the donors, but there is a time where I will chat with the new members, because most of the chat is filled up with all the donors. Getting Serious Whenever there is a hacker and let's say he is using kill aura, I would automatically start recording and watch him and make sure he is hacking. I am very good at this job, this is the most fun of them. I love doing this because I think everyone should have a fun and fair time. If a friend or staff member were hacking I'd get serious and report the staff member to the owner or admin, and for my friend, he would get an instant ban withut regret. Totally, also as an admin, owner, builder, helper, and chat-mod! Now I've been staff on SkyblockXYZ, ManaCube and other poorly created servers. If you didn't know ManaCube and SkyblockXYZ have at least 120-200 players per day.Your probably thinking, "oh why aren't you staff there now?" It's because eventually I got bored of those servers, and you know, quit. Now on the other poorly created servers, they had at least 15-20 players every day. I have Skype, and Discord, with a fully working microphone. And yes I do have teamspeak 3. (Discord is like a teamspeak 3, but there is also messaging.)
