hey i know that a lot of other servers do it but i cant seem to see if mineverse sells keys for there crates i was wondering why this is and if we could maybe add them to the buycraft? T.I.A! also i would love to hear the opinions of everyone else who has pros and cons on this topic! -Jess
They should be re-added! The Keys must come back!!! +1 They need to come back with Uncommon, common, rare and those types. It makes Prison much more fun!
Considering getting any type of crate key (besides the voter key) seems uncommon, it wouldn't be a bad idea. It would potentially draw in some more cash to support the server. However, I'm not sure what the rewards for each of the crates are, and this situation doesn't seem very likely, but it could possibly lead to server inflation. If someone decides to purchase a ton of keys and get a good amount from each one, a ton of cash is being added into the economy. Overall, I support this idea. It would benefit the server and for the most part, I don't see why not.
Oh that's right, the EULA. I don't understand how Mojang is affected in any way, with or without selling restrictions.
EULA is there because, they do not want players making money off of their game. Including that you could make 400$ but Mojang would not get anything (Allowing you to make a lot of money from their game)
Yes, but either way they still don't seem effected. They could allow server owners to sell perks, or disallow it. Either way, they're not making any money. It would have been smarter for Mojang to allow things to operate as they were, because servers require funding. If a server doesn't draw in enough money, it goes down. Servers die, the game slowly dies and Mojang dies as well.
Darn i hope there is some way to make getting the keys more common because as it stands its hard as heck xD
I'm not sure if the chances have changed since the reset, but if they haven't or if they've been lowered, they should be raised.
