If there is then it isn't compliant. Multipliers give more money, which means you get faster dough and you rankup quicker, not only that you also get OP gear, etc.

 

Well, through hours and hours on top of hours squared to the power of 10 hours... you can get a sell multiplier as default. So it's "technically EULA compliant"...
That's not the case though. This gives players a huge advantage. They don't have to go through the entire prison for a multiplier like default players do.
